What does it take to build a brand that millions of people choose to fly with? ✈️

Our students from School of Marketing and Management (SoMM) recently visited AirAsia to find out, exploring how customer relationship management (CRM), digital marketing, and data-driven strategies come together to create memorable customer experiences.

Beyond the sharing sessions, students also toured the AirAsia office for a behind-the-scenes look at how teams collaborate to keep the business moving every day. 🏢

It was a valuable opportunity to see marketing in action, connect classroom learning with real industry practices, and gain insights that will help shape their future careers.
