We are proud to share that Dr Meera Eeswaran and Mr Kannan Asokan from the School of Accounting and Finance have been appointed to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Integrity Engine Working Group.

The global initiative brings together academics and industry experts to advance integrity education, ethical business practices, and responsible AI adoption.

Our FinTech student Wong Yik Shern achieved outstanding success at the Huawei Sales Elite Challenge 2026, one of Malaysia’s leading nationwide competitions for future business and technology leaders. 🥳💯🙌

Working alongside students from the University of Malaya and Monash University Malaysia, his inter-university team secured:

Recently, APU successfully hosted the Third International Conference on Digital Technologies for Sustainable Agriculture, gathering academics, industry experts, and researchers to explore the future of sustainable agriculture. 🌱

Over two days, the conference featured keynote speeches, technical sessions, and exhibitions covering artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), robotics , and data analytics in modern agricultural systems. 🚜

Additionally, participants engaged in hands-on workshops, including drone technology and AI vision systems, alongside panel discussions on digital transformation in agriculture. 💡

Collectively, the insights shared throughout highlighted the growing role of digital technologies in shaping a more sustainable agricultural future. 🤝

A golden comeback for national gymnast Ng Chun Chen! 🥇🤸

After overcoming a challenging period following a fall during an international competition last year, Chun Chen returned stronger than ever to claim Gold in the men’s vault final at the FIG World Challenge Cup 2026 in Varna, Bulgaria. 😍🙌

Scoring 14.233 points, he topped the podium and delivered an inspiring performance that reflects resilience, determination, and the rewards of hard work.
