What will my Academic Mentor do for me?
- Your Academic Mentor will guide, assist and motivate you in your academic and professional development.
- S/he will provide you with general academic support and advice and refer you to student support services and operational support services if needed.
- S/he will contact you if you are not making satisfactory progress in your studies or if your attendance is poor.
- S/he will link you to other academic staff, including the Programme Leader and Head of School if appropriate.
- S/he will be your Internship Supervisor.
- S/he will provide you with advice as you plan for professional employment.
